Sonus Networks (News - Alert) recently appointed Pamela Reeve to its board of directors, where she will help boost the company’s growth in the global session border controller market. Sonus delivers secure, reliable and scalable next-generation infrastructure and subscriber solutions for IP networking, and continues to serve customers in more than 50 countries.

Reeve joins Sonus with years of experience as president and CEO at Lightbridge (News - Alert), Inc., as a consultant and operations executive at Boston Consulting Group, Inc. and as lead director at American Tower Corporation. She helped grow Lightbridge from $1 million in sales and about a dozen employees to $133.4 million in sales and more than 1,000 employees.
This isn’t Reeve’s first shot at serving on a board of directors. She also served as:
- Board of directors, Frontier Communications Company

- Director, Livewire Mobile, Inc.
- Trustee, former Chair, Massachusetts Technology Leadership Council

"I am delighted to join the Sonus board," said Reeve. "The company has demonstrated consistent progress in delivering on its strategy to be an SBC market leader. I am excited to help shape and accelerate its next phase of growth."
