Line Systems’ (News - Alert) purpose-built, next-generation network is specifically designed and implemented to deliver voice, data and cloud-based applications to help businesses of all types and sizes communicate more efficiently with employees, customers and partners.

That’s why Haverford Trust Companies, which decided to replace its aging and obsolete premises-based phone system with a more stimulating solution, chose to transition its services to Line Systems’ hosted PBX (HPBX).

“As our premises-based phone system was reaching end-of-life, we were committed to finding a new solution that would not only challenge and stimulate the way we do business, but also provide us with productivity enhancing functionalities to enable us to do our jobs better,” noted John Supplee, chief information officer and vice president of Client Service at The Haverford Trust Company.

Graduation from traditional telephony to an IP infrastructure is never easy, and the Haverford Trust Companies regarded Line System’s solution as a value proposition that ensured true service, a comprehensive product portfolio and the ability to scale along with growth requirements.

Kevin McGeary, chief operating officer at Line Systems, observed that this graduation served to further illustrate the company’s growth as a carrier.

Line System’s technologically advanced solution reportedly helped The Haverford Trust to keep pace with its ever expanding business needs, increase productivity and functionality locally, and ensure redundancy in case of a primary connection malfunction.

TMC (News - Alert) has awarded Line Systems, Inc. the 2012 Internet Telephony Excellence Award for its Hosted PBX (HPBX) solution. LSI has been presented with this award in recognition of its outstanding achievement in IP communications by TMC’s Internet Telephony (News - Alert) Magazine.
