Metropolitan Telecommunications (MetTel (News - Alert)) is doing well for itself lately, having just recently reached 100,000 users. With a track record of delivering quality communications solutions of its IP network to businesses of all shapes and sizes, it has finally reached a landmark number of customers for its hosted unified communications services.

This is shortly after its deployment of MetTel Mobile Integration, a cloud-based service that integrates mobile devices and desktop phones. It leverages the BroadSoft (News - Alert) platform to do this, proving its long-standing history with BroadSoft to be a fruitful one.

"As a provider of innovative IP enabled communications services, MetTel is a valued partner whose feedback has contributed to the continued enhancements of our hosted unified communications services," says Michael Tessler, BroadSoft’s president and CEO. "We are proud to join MetTel in announcing this major milestone and we look forward to supporting their global expansion plans."

In order to keep communications efficient and easily manageable, MetTel converges all communications over a single network, using a single provider to manage all voice and data communications services. In order to do this, it has strategic partnerships that provide the best possible services, as well as a platform of cloud-based software to help clients manage expenses from a single interface.

MetTel has a history of delivering quality solutions, which its clients clearly understand. After all, 100,000 users is nothing to sneeze at, and MetTel has earned each of them. Its range of products includes business solutions and services for voice, management, data, and networks, designed for businesses of all sizes. So congratulations to MetTel for reaching 100,000 users. It’s only a matter of time now until its millionth user announcement is released.
