Argo Systems' Medea chosen by A+E Networks UK

Software and professional services company Argo Systems said on Wednesday that its revenue management system Medea has been chosen by A+E Networks UK, a broadcasting joint venture between A+E Networks and BSkyB, to manage carriage fee revenue and sales distribution in the UK, Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
No financial details were disclosed.
According to the company, Medea is a scalable accounting and revenue management solution that allows network groups in the US, Europe, Canada, Latin America and Asia Pacific to solve problems connected with varying contract terms, to manage receivables in multiple currencies and to establish a worldwide view of their distribution.
